Adkins Blueberry Farm is a family run, small blueberry farm nestled below Mount Pisgah. Come out and enjoy the beautiful setting, pick some fresh blueberries, and see the animals while having a picnic in the garden.

History of the Farm ~ Coming Soon

Mission of the Farm :

To provide enriching, family-oriented opportunities for children and adults to learn about the culture and value of farming. We aim to encourage healthy living, model positive values, and inspire future growth. We hope these ideals will benefit all who come to enjoy the bounties of our harvest

Season of Operation:

  • Adkins Blueberry Farm will open for the season around the 1st of July.

Hours of Operation:

  • Monday closed
  • Tuesday -Saturday 8:00-5:00
  • Sunday 12:00-4:00.
  • Story time will take place every Friday at 10:00 am

Adkins Farm Blueberry Varieties

 Rows 1-4 (North End) Collins 

Traits: Light blue, large, very sweet, fits any use

 Rows 5-8 Blue Ray

 Traits Very large, classic fresh flavor, great as snack or fruit side

 Rows 9-12 Blue Boy 

Traits: Medium, sweet, fits any use.

 Rows 13-16 South End:  Jersey

 Traits: Smaller, lush sweet flavor, great for baking – nicknamed “a Baker’s Favorite”.

 Note: We mix and match our berries all the time, feel free to do so as well!

 

 

 

Sorry, No Dogs or Pets Allowed

We love pets, you will see our farm dog running around. But for the health and safety of our guests and other farm animals, we have a no pet policy. We respectfully ask that you leave your dogs at home when visiting. Thanks for your cooperation.
